Assistant KYC Manager

Responsibilities:

Conduct client due diligence/Know Your Client (KYC) checks on corporate or institutional clients

Work closely with Relationship Managers to engage clients in the collection of clients information and supporting documentations for the completion of KYC

Provide onboarding and KYC services/advices to Relationship Managers and clients

Manage and resolve onboarding issues and delays

Prepare documentations for Account Opening, KYC and Risk Profiling

Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external policies

Follow operating procedures which include relevant controls to meet Group and local regulatory requirements

Work in ad hoc projects such as remediation and process improvement as needed.

Requirements:

Tertiary Education

Solid experience in client due diligence/KYC or operations, preferably for corporate or institutional clients within banking industry

Experienced in remediation projects would be an advantage

Customer-oriented team player with strong stakeholder management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
