Store Manager (Luxury sector)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Store operations in driving the store sales, productivity and efficiency

  • Leading a high performing customer facing and service orientated team to promote the brand and to achieve highest quality of customer experience.

  • Adhering to and reinforcing the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines

  • Motivate the team effectively by being an exceptional role model, and managing all the people and performance related matters (seeking the support of HR as required).

  • Build relationships with and support the development of a loyal VIP customer base

  • devise and execute strategies for sales generation in order to meet monthly goals and targets

  • Create new marketing plans for in-store promotions and customer events, and drive the planning and execution

  • Serve as chief liaison for the stakeholders of the brand and solicit new partnership opportunities

Job requirement

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant management experience from the Hospitality / Retail/ Marketing / or Customer Service industry. Store management experience within a luxury sector is required

  • Excellency in customer service and communication skills at all levels

  • Strong clientele facing and management background with sound commercial and brand awareness

  • Proven ability to drive business initiatives

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills in building strong teams

  • Strong independent who are self-motivated, mature and enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude.

  • Fluency in English is a must and knowledge in Chinese would be an advantage.
