Job responsibilities:

  • Perform full reception function in a professional manner;

  • Assisting in administrative support to office staff such as arranging courier service, stationery and pantry orders, coordinating use of conference rooms, etc.;

  • Assisting in hotel and flight bookings.

  • Assist with ad hoc projects.

Job requirements:

  • 1-3 years relevant experience gained from a professional firm is an advantage;

  • F.7 or above;

  • Excellent communication skills, proficient and fluent in both written and spoken English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;

  • Good presentation, punctual and well organized;

  • Self-motivated, reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
