Job responsibilities: Perform full reception function in a professional manner; Assisting in administrative support to office staff such as arranging courier service, stationery and pantry orders, coordinating use of conference rooms, etc.; Assisting in hotel and flight bookings. Assist with ad hoc projects.
Job requirements: 1-3 years relevant experience gained from a professional firm is an advantage; F.7 or above; Excellent communication skills, proficient and fluent in both written and spoken English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; Good presentation, punctual and well organized; Self-motivated, reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
