Our client is one of the largest wealth managers in the world, and has established in Hong Kong for nearly forty years with a good reputation for innovation and product expertise in Asia.

Our client has a core and well-structured application development team with a hundred staff in Hong Kong. With the on-going IT development, the IT teams is currently seeking two (2) experienced Technical Leads to join one of their development team for the all-rounded roles in project leading, user requirements, system analysis and design, testing and support.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full development life cycle from requirement gathering and analysis, system design and analysis, development, testing to implementation

• Interact and coordinate with IT colleagues and users in the region to ensure that user requirements are met

• Implement projects in accordance to the company standards, procedure and methodology

• Provide responsive support on the applications to the local and regional users

Requirements:

• University Degree holder in Computer Science or a related discipline

• A minimum of ten (10) years of application development experience with sound understanding of the full development life cycle

• Project / team leading and supervision experience are must

• Practical experience in J2EE or C#, and good knowledge in using common open source Java base framework especially on Spring and Hibernate

• Experience or knowledge in bank or financial would be definitely advantage

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels and types of users internally and externally
