Our client is a reputable and well-recognized financial institute worldwide, stepping into an innovative business strategic in digital. On its behalf, we are currently seeking the Head of IT, responsible for directing, leading and overseeing all IT activities in Hong Kong.

Duties and responsibilities:

， Report to the CEO

， Provide leadership and technical guidance and support in information technology

， Strategize in planning, operations, integration and implementation of information systems and services

， Review current technology position and drive ways to leverage and improve business technology in digital

， Supervise the team with people management and resource management to ensure the quality of deliverables and effectiveness of daily operations

， Manage internal and external business relationships, to ensure continual business support

Requirements:

， University degree holder or above in computer related discipline

， A minimum fifteen (15) years of solid experience in IT management with sound track record of digital technology, IT operations and IT governance

， Industry experience and knowledge of insurance is a must

， Exposure in change management and business transformation, and sound understanding of digital business

， Innovative mind with pro-active leadership and relationship building skill in dealing with people of diversity culture and background as well as of different levels

， Excellent verbal and written communication and with excellent interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese; Putonghua ability is a plus.
