Senior Manager, Change Management (Ref: SMCM/AU)

Our client, a market leading global retail brand, currently seeks an exceptional change management professional to engage in a series of cross-functional and impactful initiatives. An attractive compensation package is on offer for the successful candidate, who will work alongside a virtual global team, have strong project management skills, and be responsible for the following:

  • Utilise organisational change management methodologies and Project manage a number of strategic initiatives within the groupís transformation program to enhance operational efficiency

  • Perform business analysis and develop project plan/schedule

  • Engage closely with key business stakeholders to influence and obtain buy-in as necessary

  • Analyse change impacts, and manage stakeholder communications and training needs

  • Monitor and report on project status and progress toward milestones

  • Lead project workshops

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields

  • At least 8 years of change management experience within a multinational organisation

  • Strong organisation skills and an eye for detail

  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end project management processes

  • Seasoned in stakeholder management at all levels, and across markets

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
