Our Client is a top brokerage with offices around the globe. Due to business expansion, they are seeking health and benefits specialists for their Health and Benefits team in Hong Kong.

The role will be responsible for developing new business by providing enterprise-wide strategies for making thoughtful benefit decisions and managing those benefits chosen in order to meet client's needs.

Key Functions:

• Identifying, prospecting and closing new business in group health and benefits

• Coordinate with existing sales and Client Relationship Management teams to identify, develop and close strategic sales opportunities

• Build relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target accounts

The Requirements

• University Degree

• Proven ability to generate new business revenue

• Track record of success in managing large client relationship

• Experience in the design and management of group health plan gain in a consulting or brokerage environment

• Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in Health & Benefits plan strategy

• Proactive, multi-tasker and able to work independently and as a team

• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
