Our Client is a top brokerage with offices around the globe. Due to business expansion, they are seeking health and benefits specialists for their Health and Benefits team in Hong Kong.

The role will be responsible for client management and supporting Business Development Team on consultative services to corporate clients on group health and benefits.

Key Functions:

• Corporate client management including consultative service and relationship building

• Support Business Development Team on consultative services to prospects

• Handle client enquiries and liaise with insurers and service providers

• Maintain the quality and timeliness of client deliverables, provide assistance in report development in clear and concise manner

The Requirements

• University Degree; preferably in Medical/ Health- related subject

• Experience in the design and management of group health plan.

• Track record of success in managing large client relationship

• Customer focused with effective client communication skills

• Have knowledge of global and local markets, including insurers, tax, regulatory, unique coverage / issues.

• Proactive, multi-tasker and able to work independently and as a team

• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
