Our client is one of the top global financial institutions. Due to business growth, they are seeking a high calibre VP, Business Development in Hong Kong.

Your core responsibilities:

• Formulate business development strategies

• Responsible for achieving sales targets through developing new clients as well as upselling and cross-selling to existing clients

• Present to top decisions makers from the prospective companies

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presentation, request for proposal responses, contract negotiations

• Work closely with Product Specialist Teams to provide solutions suited for the clientĄ¯s needs

• Analyze and interpret market intelligence and trends

Requirements

• Degree holder in relevant discipline

• 10 years or above business development/sales experience from leading financial institutions for sizable corporate clients

• Proven track record developing relationships with the top decisions makers (e.g. CEO and CFO)

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

• Good command in English and Chinese
