Our client is a global financial institution with offices in over 20 countries serving blue-chip corporations and institutions around the globe. As a part of their growth plan in Asia, they are seeking a high calibre Senior Legal Counsel reporting directly to the CEO in Hong Kong.

Principal responsibilities

• Work as a business partner for the senior management on making legally and commercially viable decisions

• Work closely with regulators and other financial institutions

• Review and revise legal documentations

• Provide support and guidance to mitigate legal risk

Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer with minimum 8 years¡¯ PQE

• Strong relevant legal experience from leading financial institutions

• Analytical problem solver with strong business acumen

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

• Fluent in English and Chinese
